Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear from RoseSculpt. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing issues, subject to availability.

If you need a different size:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Let us know your order number and requested size

We’ll guide you through the exchange process to make it quick and easy.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Worn items
• Washed items
• Final sale items (if applicable)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing


Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item

We will make it right as quickly as possible.
